Dear Friends of UUHAC, 

I hope you had the opportunity to drop by for our Annual Membership Meeting on 4/1/08.  Guest speakers were City Councilwoman Mary Alice Cisneros and Carolyn Kelley, who spoke about the revitalization occurring in Tobin Hill – its revised neighborhood plan and historic district designation.  Our office is located in this neighborhood, and we are pleased to offer home repair loans to low-income homeowners here, as well as other neighborhoods in Districts One, Two and Five.  City-wide, we can explain several options to finance home repair for those who need it. You can help by passing on this information to anyone who might qualify for our services.
