Our Counsel Advise Construction and Educate (CACE) program provides assistance to persons who are trying to buy a home for the first time.

We provide a variety of services:

  • Pre-purchase counseling
  • Financial literacy classes
  • Homebuyer education classes
  • Loan acquisition counseling
  • Post-purchase counseling

Our Homebuyer Education Classes explain how to plan and prepare for home ownership. They are required and are FREE of charge for CACE participants and are also available to the public. For more information or to register for classes call our office at (210) 731-8203.
