What is UU Housing Assistance?

  • The UU Housing Assistance Corporation (UUHAC) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that assists homeowners with home repair primarily in City Council Districts 1, 2 and 5. We also assist families prepare for homeownership anywhere in Bexar County.
  • We incorporated in the state of Texas in 1989 to improve the neighborhoods and housing conditions of lower and moderate-income residents in Bexar County.
  • We help families with diverse needs and limited financial capabilities reside in decent homes and thrive in improved neighborhoods.
